You can give love with a tit and a bottle: this beautiful photo of a mother who breastfeeds and gives the bottle to her babies at the same time

I may not like this photo more than Maya Vorderstrasse, mother of two girls, recently shared on her Instagram profile. In it he appears with his two daughters in his arms, feeding them with breast and bottle at the same time.

On one side, breastfeeding her little daughter born almost two months ago, and on the other, holding the bottle to her oldest daughter, one year old, while kissing her forehead. A beautiful image that shows that you can give love with a tit and a bottle.

Next to the photo, the mother shares the following message:

"I always dreamed that I would breastfeed my children as long as I could. I have seen so many beautiful and amazing experiences about the union and comfort of breastfeeding ... I breastfed my first daughter until I was 6 months old, and I loved it. It was our time together, so special ... and nobody could take that away from me. I got pregnant when she was 2 months old and when I was almost 6 months old, my milk was gone, dried up, disappeared, I felt that my heart was it broke, and the guilt consumed me. We had to start bottle feeding and I thought that our bond would disappear and that she might think that I was not giving myself to her, until I realized that nothing had changed.

It was still our time, she still grabbed my hair and smiled at me with her eyes. She was so happy. Fed. Loved. Now I breastfeed the smallest, but with the comfort of knowing that if life throws me a curved ball and I have to stop, or even if I decide to stop, she will be fine.

Feeding them is beautiful. Providing for them, seeing them gain weight, growing and smiling and seeing them 'drunkards of milk' makes my heart jump with happiness. So I don't know about your experience, but I can tell you that whatever your choice or circumstance, never feel guilty or that what you do is inappropriate. Never. Just love them and do your best. You are a rock star. Regardless of nothing else. Whatever your eating routine, it is difficult to be a mother, so let's show mutual support! For me, feeding them is the best. "

I will tell you a little about my journey. I always dreamed I would breastfeed my child as long as I could. I've seen so many beautiful and amazing journeys through the bonding and comfortIng experience that it is. I breastfed my first daughter until she was 6 months old, and I loved all of it. It was our time together, so special… and no one could take that from me. I got pregnant when she was 2 months old and by the time she was almost 6 months old, my milk was gone, dried up, like, it disappeared. I felt my heart shatter, and the guilt consumed me. We had to start bottle feeding and I thought our bond would disappear and that she would think I was not providing for her, until it hit me nothing had changed. It was still our time, she'd still grab my hair and smile at me with her eyes. She was so happy. Fed. Loved. Now I breastfeed my youngest, but the comfort of knowing that if life throws me a curved ball and I have to stop, or even if I decide to stop, she will be ok. Feeding them is beautiful. Providing for them, seeing them gain weight, grow and smile and be milk drunk makes my heart jump in happiness. So I don't know about your journey, but I can tell you that whatever your choice or circumstance, don't ever feel guilty or like you are inadequate. Ever. Just love them and do the best you can. You're a rockstar. No. Matter Que. Whatever your feeding routine consists of, it is hard being a mother, so let's show support for each other To me, fed is best… Dress by @milkmademarket Braid by @madisonbraids

With tit or bottle, always a lot of love

No one can deny that breast milk is the best thing you can give your baby, simply because it is normal and natural, because the mother prepares for it during pregnancy. It has no comparison from the nutritional point of view with the formula milks, and has great advantages both from the immunological point of view, protecting against diseases, as well as emotionally, since breastfeeding produces a chemical response that helps strengthen the bond Between the mother and her son.

When the baby sucks the nipple, a complex hormonal process starts in the woman's and baby's body. The brain activates the production of hormones such as prolactin, responsible for milk production; Oxytocin, in charge of milk leakage, known as the 'love hormone', related to affectivity and bonding; and endorphins, well-being hormones that help mitigate pain. Because of this complex hormonal chemistry that is produced, it is said that breast milk is much more than food.

This does not imply that mothers who give the bottle do not do so with all the love in the world, nor of course they do not deserve the same respect as mothers who breastfeed. Whatever the way of feeding it, it is advisable to look at the baby while you are doing it, hug him, look him in the eyes, caress him, speak softly, establishing a verbal and nonverbal communication that lets you know and feel loved.

Bottle feeding in the best possible way, as if you were breastfeeding, will help strengthen the bond between them.
