Exhibition on "Lifelong toys", to enjoy as a family

We continue with our family leisure proposals for this Christmas, this time with a tribute to classic toys in the exhibition "Toys of a lifetime", which can be seen during these parties at the Euskalduna Palace, in Bilbao.

Here the screens and the technology are left aside to give way to dolls, constructions and board games, but of those of decades ago, of those with which our grandparents, parents, and in some cases we played! The exhibition has been possible thanks to the contributions of many collectors from all over Spain.

It is certainly a walk for nostalgic, but suitable for the whole family, because through it children can learn a lot about other ways of playing, some ways I'm sure they would like them too.

Simplicity is not at odds with fun, but it is that even in these old toys we find examples of ingenuity and stimulation of the imagination that some of the simple toys of today would like, no matter how much canned noise they make.

In the exhibition you can see a total of 19 dioramas, composed of 1,500,000 pieces, 1,050 models, as well as a collection of spectacular statues, with compositions of Exin Castles, Meccano, Lego, Barbie, Transformers and Marklin.

As you can see, some classic toys do not go out of style, so our children continue to play with them. The exhibition "Toys of a lifetime" is in the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao until January 6 and admission costs 5 euros (for children under three years is free).
