What if Gioconda's smile was because she was breastfeeding?

The Gioconda, also known as the Mona Lisa, is one of the best known paintings in history. Painted by Leonardo Da Vinci between 1503 and 1519 (he was retouching it again and again, until his death), he keeps the mystery of a smile that the author wanted to show but, at the same time, hide.

The intention of the painter, as historians explain, was that when we stared at the woman we had the feeling that she was serious, but that when looking at other areas of the painting, we would see her smiling. A mysterious smile that apparently already has an explanation, at least in the mind of a Photoshop master: Lisa Gherardini, the woman in the painting, was breastfeeding!

They say I could be pregnant

Well, obviously it's a joke, or so we think, because of the woman who posed for the painting, little is known. Because of the position of his arms, the dress he wears and the veil on his head it is said that could be pregnant (Apparently the pregnant women wore those veils, at that time), although it is still a guess as a result of a painting that does not have to be the sample of what the painter actually saw. Maybe I wasn't even dressed like that.

This is how Anil Saxena sees her

Anil Saxena He is responsible for this image. A graphic designer, a Photoshop artist, who thought that smile could not be left without a reason, and decided to add to the painting a baby sucking his mother's chest. The result is quite surprising and I am sure that the image will go viral.

What do you think? Do you like it?
