Breastfed babies have better vision

To the increasingly extensive list of benefits of breastfeeding, adds one more.

According to a British study, Babies fed with breast milk develop better stereoscopic vision, that is, the ability to discern the depth of planes, that babies fed with formula milk.

The explanation is behind a nutrient called docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fatty acid belonging to the group of essential fatty acids present in breast milk.

Although formula milks are enriched with this nutrient, the study showed that despite this, babies fed with breast milk, which has a higher concentration of DHA, had better long-term vision.

This shows that no matter how rich the artificial milks are, there is nothing like mom's milk.

There are a lot of good things that you are giving your baby through your milk that you can't even imagine. Or did you think breastfeeding could improve your vision?
