The winning works of Art-Teta

Last month we echoed the second call of the art and photography contest organized by the Multilacta Association since last year. Once the jury's decision has been submitted the winning works of the contest "Art-Teta".

The winning work, endowed with a prize of 150 euros, has fallen to Purificación Sánchez Lozano. It is an oil on canvas and tries to convey the sensations and feelings that a mother experiences when breastfeeding. The words of the author of this painting entitled "Happy Moments" are very clear:

"When you are breastfeeding you feel great satisfaction, while establishing a special connection with our baby."

Other works can be seen on the page of Multilacta, and I would like to highlight two of them that have touched me and that you can see directly on the association's website.

I highlight the beautiful work of the neonatologist Linda Arturo Delgado, which is a photocomposition accompanied by a poem, which reflects the beauty and fragility of premature babies, who so much need to be clothed by the loving arms of their parents.

And of course, the enchanting work that María del Mar Llorens Alegre has sent, a four and a half year old girl, who doing a collage, tells us that "Mom gives breastfeeding."

The truth is that they are all beautiful and also, they will fulfill a beautiful mission, serve, through visual communication, to convey the normality and beauty of breastfeeding.
