Practice yoga to increase fertility

Yoga is a very beneficial millenary practice to bring body and mind into harmony. In the search for a baby, both should be in accordance for the conception to occur, however sometimes the frantic pace of everyday life causes us to lose that ideal balance. In those cases, it is recommended practice yoga to increase fertility in both men and women.

Stress is one of the main enemies of fertility and influences decisively when it comes to achieving conception, while yoga is one of the most effective natural remedies to combat stress.

Through slow postures accompanied by breathing and meditation a state of relaxation and well-being is achieved, which will contribute to the production of sex hormones, to stimulate the reproductive organs, and therefore, to improve fertility.

Since ancient times yoga has been related to female sexuality. By contributing to regulate hormonal balance, it is indicated to combat hormonal imbalances in women such as pre-menstrual syndrome, ovarian cysts, menstrual pains, excessive bleeding, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea or difficulty getting pregnant.

In the case of men, it helps improve sexual vitality and balance testosterone levels, which helps improve the quality of male sex cells by increasing the chances of conceiving.

Through gentle movements, yoga focuses on vital parts of the body. Of course, the reproductive organs are, therefore there are specific exercises and postures to work in this area.

Without a doubt, as a yoga lover, I recommend the practice of yoga to increase fertility. By releasing body and mind from stress we will be taking a big step towards healthy fertility.
