The Parchís children's group returns

It seems unbelievable that this phenomenon has emerged more than 30 years ago to the rhythm of which many children dance and sing. Parchís is a children's vocal musical group that triumphed in Spain and Latin America in its first era between 1979 and 1985. And Parcheesi can succeed again today.

Throughout its first years of existence, it obtained millions of sales figures for its records, as well as outstanding success in tours, concerts and films. Now, this project resumes with new children's artists, some from musicals, genre on the rise, giving voice to the group.

They are Miriam, David, Andrea, Manu and Gaby, and they are between 9 and 13 years old. The five are dressed, of course, with the four colors of the Parcheesi plus the white of the dice.

Next March they release a musical that recovers the songs of always of the group next to a new subject and a potpourri with the best known of this youthful musical formation with which so many children have grown up.

In that 80-minute musical show, it will be discovered what happened to Parcheesi (although I don't think they confirm or deny some urban legends about some of their old components) and who will take over from a band that returns with the classics that have sung parents, children and grandparents, but adapted to the new times.

As it can not be otherwise, they also plan to release a disc, which will be released this spring, coinciding with the start of the tour.

We hope that the renovation of the Parchís children's group contribute with a breath of fresh air to the panorama of children's music, taken by the famous Cantajuegos for a few years ... and we varied the soundtrack of our cars.
