A few days ago I had the opportunity to see how in one of the Balearia ships, the Federico García Lorca that travels between Dènia and Palma, a new one has been implemented Children's entertainment program to entertain the kids, BalyClub.
In previous years we had a space (reduced, but well used) for children to jump into a ball pool (better called "cubicle" or "fishbowl") or play with video game machines. This year, the ball pool continues, but there is a monitor that proposes activities.
Of course there are not as many activities for children as on a cruise. But yes, a couple of tables with small chairs for children will be the scene of different games and crafts: booklets to paint, creation of figures with starch pieces, and face makeup so that children decide to be superheroes, princesses, butterflies or flowers ...
In this Club there is also a television and on some routes they put Children's Movies, although with so much fun activity (and so much fuss about the ball pool) few are fixed on the screen.
The children's recreation area can be found in the Avemar, Martín i Soler and Federico García Lorca boats and in the high season the animation workshops on these ships of the company.
The children's entertainment of BalyClub on the Balearia boats Children up to five years old enjoy it, perhaps because of the lack of space the older ones do not have a place. We hope that for years to come there will also be a place for them and that the trip will be fun for everyone.
