"Born without smoke", guides that help you quit smoking during pregnancy

The Junta de Andalucía has published some Very interesting guides to help all those pregnant women who want to quit smoking. We have 2 guides, which can be consulted on-line, the "Guide for pregnant women who want to quit smoking", with the subtitle "do it for yourself and your baby" and another entitled "How the future father can help his partner to quit smoking."

The guides are part of the initiatives of the Comprehensive Smoking Plan of Andalusia and aim to sensitize citizens about the problem of tobacco during pregnancy.

They are aimed at pregnant women and facilitate a series of Useful resources to quit smoking how to set a date to quit, try other routines and start decreasing the amount of daily cigarettes.

In addition, the guides include information, tricks, tips, relaxation exercises and tables to make personal annotations given the case of smoking a cigarette during the process.
